Alcohol Policy

The hotel does not allow any outside alcoholic beverages on property. Everything you need is available at our W XYZ Bar.

ADA Policy

The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.

Minimum Age Requirement Policy

Minimum age to check-in at the property is 21. Persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Check Cashing Policy

Hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Platinum & Gold Members only, with valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per day and $300 per stay. Other conditions may apply.

Connecting Room Policy

Traveling together with family or friends? Many of our Aloft rooms can be connected-usually a king room with a double queen. Make sure to ask when you reserve or check in and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits.

Credit Card Policy

A credit card is required for all arrivals. A minimum deposit of $50 will be authorized at check-in for charges to the room. Any unused balance will be released at check-out.

Please be aware that some credit cards and debit cards can take 7-10 days to release any unused authorization.

ID Requirement

All guests checking in to the hotel must provide a government issued ID at time of check-in. The name on the reservation must match the name on the ID.

Pet Policy

Animals are family, too! That's why Aloft Frisco welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our dog-friendly arf program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary for use during your stay. There is a waiver to sign at check-in. Please make sure they're on their best behavior-we don't want to charge you extra for housekeeping!

Smoking Policy

Aaahhh...breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. There is a $500 fee for smoking inside the property.
